DALC caters for approximately 600 adult students per year, primarily residents of the North East Inner City.
Our students may be early school leavers looking to improve their basic skills or new residents of the area looking to improve their spoken language and literacy skills.
There are over 40 nationalities represented in our centre, with students coming from as near as Gardiner Street and as far as South America, Asia, Africa and Europe. DALC and our students reflect the rich diversity of the local area and celebrates the traditions of all communities.
